Chris was great. Arrived on time. Completed the work for the agreed upon price. Friendly. Will use again.

1-24-16 I had back out issue from a toilet from my complex. And Steve the manager on call told me they would come within 2 hours. They show up in 4 hours. Problem did not solve and they left. We have to get the technician back to do the work.

We had major work for repair the pipe for the clear out. The clear out is on the major drive way. After the pipe fixed under the ground, they had the clear out about 3 inches above the ground. Everyday cars pass by hit the clear out. We followed up with the company about 3 weeks. Many calls. They went back Fixed it. Now it is half inch above the ground. Cars still hit the clear out everyday.

1-26 -16 Heather called me that if I do not use their service later on. They would not research the case.  Manager Keith called back correct wrong charge for half hour work charge 2 hours and apologized for wrong doing for not check out work before leaving.  And offer fix the high clear out the next day.   -   I was impressed.

1-28-16. Credit card still with higher charge. and have not heard anyone came to fix the high clear out on drive way. - will keep everyone update.

2-11-16. The clear out got fixed. Appreciated this.

Messaged on Yelp. Gave me a quote quick. Agreed, and even gave me new customer discount. Sent a super friendly plumber over, Robert. Came within the promised time frame, stayed till the drain worked and charged exactly what was quoted. What a pleasure to deal with. No games. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Awesome!!  Just bought a new older home and suddenly we had a leak beyond the meter outside.  Called them and they came as soon as they could about 3 hours after call.  Chris found the problem immediately and treated us more than fair with cost.  Thanks, we will put them down as our plumber for all future plumbing jobs.

Chris is awesome!  Woke up to all of our toilets and drains backing up.  He got to us in 30 minutes and cleared the problem. Great service and takes pride in his work.  Highly recommend.

The office staff and Jae were very friendly and professional.  The quote was reasonable and Jae explained everything he would need to do.  And he was quick!  I'd definitely call Bumblebee again.

Replaced hot water storage tank 2 weeks ago through big box store purchase and affiliate installer. No hot water since then. I exhibit patience; however, performance keeps me in the house. Dancing with the store, installer, and manufacturer brought me no closer to resolution(they did try).

Lawson Family Plumbing to the rescue. Found them through Yelp while researching for other prospective work. I scheduled to have them come out(Cassie) to address my hot water delivery issue. The plumber(Benjamin) was engaged, deliberate, and effective. He instilled confidence and advised me along the way. Very friendly and made appropriate recommendations that kept my interests ahead.

Benjamin determined and resolved issue. We have hot water again! He also made time to address other issues(faucet and spigot replacements). I'm no expert, however, pricing for work satisfied me and took into account appropriate discounts(military). Lawson Family Plumbing(and Benjamin) is on my list to consider for future work.

If anything goes wrong in your home that's within their scope of services, don't bother calling anyone else. They're the best around, offer straight forward service at prices that others can't beat.

BRIAN Kaib with Elite Rooter was personable and professional the entire time he was in our home. He did an amazing job putting our new drainage in our home! He was also clean and had a tidy work area ! He stayed till the job ws complete.  I would have to say he is dedicated to his team. Thank you Brain!

I needed two faucets replaced. Dave was good in communicating price, appointment time, etc. He arrived on time, did a great job. Price was reasonable.

It was a snow day and the owner took the time to answer my frenzied questions. Based on the timely and helpful responses alone, we were able to solve our problem. Others had basically had automated responses about getting scheduled 3 days out not even bothering to ask if that would be the appropriate solution. We had dropped a ring down the shower drain and with their help we figured out how to retrieve it. If and when we need plumbing, I'm calling them first!

Brian is one of the most honest men I've ever met in the industry. His knowledge goes beyond what I was expecting and his customer service was excellent. I highly recommend using his company.

I can't say enough positive things about our first experience using 100% Plumbing. My wife & I have been wanting to find a new plumbing team for awhile and found ourselves needing to locate where our sewer clean outs got buried during some landscaping several years ago. We used this as an opportunity to vet and price out a new company. We always try to stay local and family owned and 100% Plumbing fit the bill. However they earned our future business by being a model of how a good company should be run. I submitted my inquiry through their website and received a call back from Rebecca in the front office shortly thereafter. She answered my questions and put me in touch with McKinley who helped us sort out the job details and estimate thereof. I even got a follow up email from the owner making sure I had been taken care of and this was all prior to making the decision to hire them. Mike & McKinley both showed up within the window advised and were here for less than an hour, successfully helping to find both of our clean out drains (we thought we only had one). We also got an estimate for a new hot water heater while they were here and they made sure there was nothing else that they couldn't take a look at or help with while they were on site. Not only are 100% Plumbing fair with their pricing but their customer service was a home run from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to use or recommend this company for any future plumbing needs. Thanks so much!!

A plumber came to fix an issue with my kitchen sink faucet. Fortunately it was an easy fix & took just a few minutes to resolve. Saved me money - the handyman wanted to replace valves, lines, and faucet when it wasn't necessary. Funny I saved money hiring a plumber.

Jordan was amazing. He came out one day to fix a leaky hose fixture and he got me on the schedule the next business day to fix my sinks (I needed to buy new faucets before he could help me out with those). All around great service, fast response time, and very nice!

Found them on yelp and did not disappoint. Great service.  Very helpful, quick and reliable.  Will use again.

I had to contact Option One Plumbing on a Saturday night when my hot water heater gave out on us. They were not only responsive and sent someone out the next morning but they put me first on their schedule and worked tirelessly to get the job done promising not to leave us without hot water. Their prices are very fair but most importantly their customer service is 5 star

In the valley of the sun it is crucial to have your Ac running smooth during these summer months. Anthony called to let us know he was on the way and arrived ready to get to work.
